Update from Aviva Health regarding Customer Communication

Update received from Aviva dated 18/02/2016 in relation to letters issued in error over past few days

On Tuesday this week, Aviva Health issued a letter to a group of customers requesting outstanding information in relation to their policy. The letter notified customers that if we did not receive this information within a specific timeframe, their premium may be affected.

Unfortunately, some of your customers may have received this letter in error. The issue is under investigation and we will be issuing a letter of apology to any affected customers as soon as possible.
